Rob Schmidt Photo

Rob started Auto Glass To Go in the Portland, OR area in 1992. He expanded it into four major markets: Seattle, Portland, Denver, and St. Louis before downsizing and selling it to management in 1998. Following that, Rob was a financial investment entrepreneur from 1998 to 2002. In February 2002, he started the automotive brand 89Glass. QualitySmith followed in 2004, and Glass.net in 2006.


Chad Kreutz Photo

Chad managed political campaigns for several years before joining QualitySmith in April 2005, as director of the automotive group. He was promoted to Vice President of Sales where he was responsible for managing Sales, Business Development, and Customer Service. He was promoted in November 2007 to President. Chad has a BA in Political Science.


Rhonda Donnelly Photo

Rhonda started as Human Resources Manager before being promoted to the Director of Call Center Operations in 2001 at Sykes Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ (GS), a $500 million international corporation specializing in customer relationship management and phone based customer service based in Tampa, Florida. In July 2004, she joined QualitySmith, and was promoted to her current position of Vice President in 2005 in charge of operations. Rhonda earned her degree in Business Economics.


Ethan Pooley Photo

Ethan started as a successful freelance software developer and graphic designer and was responsible for QualitySmith's first Web presence. In the following years he went on to launch his own educational software company, returning to QualitySmith in 2006 to head the Information Technology department.


Jane Buck Photo

Jane began her career in magazine publishing as a circulation promotions manager for national consumer and business to business magazines. She then became Media Director for a vitamin cataloger and a direct response check printing company. Her experience with direct mail, newspaper advertising, and Internet search campaigns introduced over 1 million customers annually to buy checks direct from the printer. Jane joined QualitySmith in July 2007 as Vice President of Marketing.
